Bowls Baby approached the social game to manage their Instagram account from the get-go. This was an exciting project as we got to partner with the client from business idea conception through Grand Opening and beyond.

The client had a clear vision in mind (we LOVE a clear vision, but we’re also great at coaxing it out of you), so our graphic designers had a blast bringing the vision to life.
Once the design (which includes some cute as little characters) and aesthetic were set, we created the Instagram page and started building the hype.

To announce the Grand Opening, we brought a kick-butt videographer into Bowls Baby to create a visual of the experience potential customers could expect when they visit Bowls. We then used this amazing video across Instagram and Facebook to run paid campaigns (this is a great way to build awareness for a completely new brand). The video reached 200,000 people in the local area and lead to a phenomenal Grand Opening Week – sales absolutely smashed expectations.

Measure of Success – Destroying sales targets of course! Plus, the Instagram feed we created caught the eye of GQ magazine, who then featured Bowls Baby in this awesome article on the Best Acai Bowls in Melbourne. Free, widely distributed publicity for a fresh new brand? We’ll call that a win.
